Oolong

De Beaute Academique is een oolong thee afkomstig uit Taiwan. De berghellingen waar deze thee op groeit zijn zo steil dat de thee alleen met hand geoogst kan worden. De thee is vol en warm van smaak met tonen van honing, karamel, geroosterde granen en bruine suiker.

Drinkadvies: fijn op ieder moment van de dag, maar vooral na een flinke inspanning. Rijk van smaak en zeer geschikt als basis voor ijsthee. 

Zetadvies:

	4-5 gram
	0,5 liter zacht water
	90-95º C
	2-3 minuten laten trekken

Het blad kan meerdere malen worden opgeschonken.
